Bio: I'm 58 years old and have just embarked on a new life's adventure - retirement. One piece of that adventure is bicycle touring. I've backpacked and horsepacked for years, and I've been an avid bicycle rider for the past 15 years. I decided to put these interests together and have immensely enjoyed it so far.

I currently live in Walnut Creek, California with my bride of 22 years and my two youngest children (both in high school). I have two older, married sons - one lives in Colorado and one in SoCal.
